SaiKrishna Construction proudly completed the construction of a 30-meter minor bridge on the Gharni–Atola Road (VR–93) at Km 1/380, located near Chakur in the Latur district. This critical infrastructure project was undertaken for the Public Works Division No. 2, Latur, with the goal of improving connectivity, ensuring safer transportation, and enhancing rural development in the region.
The bridge spans a local water body, ensuring uninterrupted travel during monsoon seasons and reducing the risks caused by seasonal flooding. Designed to handle rural traffic efficiently, the structure is built with durable materials that meet all required engineering and safety standards. Special attention was given to quality control, environmental considerations, and long-term sustainability.
6 months ago As a resident of Chakur, this new bridge on the Gharni–Atola Road has made a big difference in our daily lives. Earlier, during the rainy season, the road used to get flooded, and it was very risky to travel. Now, thanks to this bridge, we can travel safely throughout the year. It’s faster to reach nearby villages and markets, and even school transport has become more reliable. This project has truly improved connectivity and made life easier for our community.
